Subject: Engagement Proposal

Dear Mr. Menace:

Further to our meeting last 29 July 2015 in relation to your queries as to the formation
and registration of a company engaged in designing and fabricating furnitures and fixtures, we
are willing to accept to do these works for the following fees:

Preparation and processing of Corporate

Registration with the Securities and
Exchange Commission (SEC) Php 10,000.00

Preparation and processing of application

for Tradename with the Department of Trade
and Industry (DTI) Php 3,000.00

All out-of-pocket expenses such as filing fees, processing fees, photocopies and other
incidental expenses shall be for your account. The term "incidental expenses" is limited to
expenses that are absolutely necessary in processing your applications. Further, these incidental
expenses are to be approved by you before we incur them.

If the foregoing is acceptable to you, kindly inform us at the soonest time possible so we
may commence our preliminary works for the above matter. Should you have comments or
counter-proposals, please inform us.
