OIME triplex mud pumps have a longer stroke than other comparable ‘pumps on the market. This longer ‘stroke allows the pump to work at slower speeds which reduces stress and wear, thus increasing the life of the fuid ond expendables. ‘OIME’s mud pumps are designed for easy maintenance of both fluid end and power end ‘components. Upper and lower stem bearing arrangement is designed for accurate alignment and superior swivel performance. The bail is designed for high load capacity with minimum deflection. ‘The rubber bumper unit assembly is bolted to the swivel for easy removal and installation. The rubber assembly is reversible. Bonnet construction is open on three sides ‘making washpipe and packing removal and installation easy with minimum downtime. Reduced swivel weight reduces kelly damage when transferring kelly from the well center to the rathole.
