➢ SWOT Analysis is a tool used for strategic planning and strategic management in
organizations. It can be used effectively to build organizational strategy and
competitive strategy. In accordance with the System Approach, organizations are
wholes that are in interaction with their environments and consist of various sub-
systems.
➢ Determine a certain standard that must be used in carrying out all the work so that it
will facilitate in supervision. Avoiding or minimizing the occurrence of overlap and also
waste in carrying out various jobs. We need to set proper goals. describes the specifics
of what you will accomplish because of the job, so that others can see what you are
working on, and so that you can demonstrate achievement, by measuring and reporting
progress. They help in better communication and give a focused effort from time to
time. A set of goals is achieved only by achieving a set of interrelated objectives (even if
those objectives are not clearly stated or articulated). An objective is a strategic step
along the way to achieving a desired goal.

➢ Starbucks Tumbler Day
This campaign have greater influence than promos. Starbucks communication strategy
is by using campaign and promo as a tool to change consumer attitudes. Campaign are
more successful on changing attitudes consumers to reduce plastic waste after the
campaign success by always educate the consumer about the tumbler day it will of
behavior and attitude from the customer to start using tumblers when they buy a
coffee from Starbucks.
