Reflection Paper
A. The-Three (3) most significant learning that I got from the topic.
The three most significant learning that I got from the previous topic are the following:
2. The significance of program development. A vital road map is an action plan that lays
out the steps for developing and implementing a successful community program. As an
action plan, program development is an ongoing and continuous activity. Your program
should continue to evolve because it is fluid and likely to change depending on your
demands.
3. Content of Program development and planning. Planning does not have to be time-
consuming or complicated; it should be concise and expressed in plain language. It should
specify the program's purpose, the resources needed, and the metrics that will be used to
decide if the program is meeting your goals.
B. These learning are of value to me personally because I believe in the saying "No plan
can withstand the test of time." There's a lot of truth here - so what's the value of planning
for myself? Before I take action, while I'm taking action, planning pays dividends after taking
a step. The most apparent benefit of planning is that it allows me to foresee possible
contingencies, avoid issues and capitalize on opportunities.
I am far more likely to bear all of the facts I know that are relevant to completing my duties
or project successfully if I take the time to foresee how my project will unfold.

C. I would like to react or comment on the topic of the importance of program development
is that it allows us to discover flaws and weaknesses and map a new path of action if
priorities and needs alter. Not only does the planning process help us to keep track of
where we've been, but it also keeps us on track in the right direction. It informs us of our
next destination. Identifying stakeholders and developing a sense of shared ownership in
successful goal achievement and results is also critical in the program design process.
Following the presentation of the topic, I realized that planning is essential in all parts of my
life. Planning is essentially a process that begins with my objective, a plan, and ends with
my goal, a map. When I stick to my plan, I see how far I've come toward my project goal
and how far I still have to go.
At this point, I decided to take action and follow the planning process, which entails
obtaining, evaluating, and interpreting data, identifying community needs, concerns, and
assets; and presenting the outcomes. Prioritizing needs is also an essential aspect of
program planning; planning group members are expected to use an analytical technique to
establish their top priority to ensure that the program is implemented effectively.
All children can learn, but they do so in different ways, at other times, and at different rates.
Learning is a personal experience. Students with disabilities have unique learning
requirements. My question is; is it possible for a regular teacher to develop a program
intended for their student who has a particular condition that could not afford to enroll in a
SPED school that can help to the learner/s learning?

I aim to utilize what I've learned in this webinar topic. As a teacher, I know
that teaching is a complicated activity involving a wide range of duties and qualities.
As a result, I am fully aware of the enormous benefits of good planning and how it
may genuinely assist me. The essence of teaching is to help students in learning.
The planning process begins with careful consideration of what I want my students to
learn and how I can best help them reach their goals through the learning
experiences. I need to consider how each of my students will experience the learning
activity I've set up and how that experience will lead to my desired learning
objectives.
The Department of Education might take the following steps by providing and
conducting more training, seminars, and workshops to improve the capacity and
capability of DepEd teachers. These activities will entail a systematic process of
assessing competency and needs, planning, designing, developing resources, and
delivering the programs. DepEd also needs to allocate more budget for teachers'
training and development.
