Adjustment for
close position from Butterfly open position from butterfly

In order to adjust the open or close position of a valve please remove the cover nut for open or
close position and turn out the Allen screw for piston adjustment. Attention: do not turn out
more than 4 turns. If not possible to change the position of butterfly, please be so kind and use
the following instruction for change the position of the swivel bolt.

Adjustment of closing position from Butterfly, if it’s not possible with the adjustment from
the piston adjustment screw.

Turn Out the 4 pcs 8mm Allen screws from the cover as shown in the picture below

Remove the cover from top of actuator

If you have removed the cover, please be so kind and remove the swivel bolt.

Turn the swivel bolt for 1 tooth and insert the swivel bolt again

Mount the cover again and after that adjust the closing of butterfly to correct close position
