Plans:
Plan 0: Do 1-2-3-5 in order. Do 4 when you want to continue shopping.
Plan 3: Do any of 3.1, 3.2 in any order depending upon which option you want to choose for
shopping.
Plan 3.1: Do 3.1.1 and further 3.1.1.1 in order to shop all products in cart.
Plan 3.2: Do 3.2.1, 3.2.2, 3.2.3 in order.

Questions:
1. What customer is trying to achieve by using this website? (Goal)

The customer wants to buy Custom Ornamental Decorative Gates and fences while
bringing safety, security and convenience.
2. Will customer be able to buy the products? (Visibility)
The customer can select “SHOP NOW” to buy the products. He can choose the desired
product from variety of products available. He can do following:
 Add the product to cart: If he wants to buy more than one product.
 Buy it directly: if he wants to buy single product.
By clicking on desired product customer can now buy it or add it in cart.

3. Are the options producing the desired effect?(Mapping)

Options Effect
Add the product to cart The product is added to the cart the customer
check out to buy the products.
Buy it now The customer can buy the product by adding
personal information, shipping and payment
details.

4. Will customers understand the feedback of buying the products?(Feedback)

When customer adds any product in cart, the system will immediately respond that your
product is added to the cart and he can view his cart if he wants.
Shipping details are essential for order placement. If user misses any details, then the
system will ask the customer to enter the information.
