DAILY ACTIVITY

Hello, my name is Hari Arizky. I'm from the Management study program at STIE
Pancasetia, and now I am going to invite you to my daily activity today. My mom always
wakes me up at 5 am. I still have a hard time got up on my own, so my mom makes sure I
wake up at a specific time. Now, I’m praying for Fajr with my family. We pray together for
the health and smoothness of our activities that day. I tidy up my bed and room as soon as I
wake up. I don't like being messy, so I always make sure my surroundings are neat and clean.

After that, I went outside to exercise. I run in the morning around my house then
push up and sit up to build muscle. After doing the exercise, I rested for a while. Then I take
a shower and brush my teeth. Next, I dress for college and look in the mirror. I take a comb
and comb my hair

At 7.30 in the morning, my mother told me to have breakfast. At the dining table,
breakfast menus are available such as coffee, milk, and rice as well as tofu and tempeh. At
08.00 am I have to be at my desk to do lectures online because the coronavirus pandemic is
very widespread and very dangerous like most campuses who conduct online lectures at my
campus also complain online. Sometimes I get bored but I have to continue to take this
course for my future.

Exactly at 13.00 the lecture was finished. I also rested my tired body, prayed zuhr,
ate, lay down in bed then opened some videos on youtube, TikTok, and others. I usually take
a nap at 14.00 because it has been my habit since childhood, if I don't sleep then my body
feels bad. Then at 16.30, I wake up usually my mother wakes me up for Asr's prayer. I woke
up from a nap then I performed ablution, prayed. After finishing the Asr prayer, next I will
play football because the football field was very close to my house, so football became one of
the sports that I enjoyed even when I was little I aspired to be a football player who was great
Ronaldo.

When I arrive at the field, I usually chatted with my friends about football problems
while waiting for some friends who had not yet come to the field. Exactly at 17.00, all the
players gathered, and immediately we played ball until 18.00. I will be scolded by my parents
if I come home late at night. when I got home, I went straight to the bathroom to clean my
dirty body. After taking a shower, I dressed in Muslim clothes and then went to the mosque
with my father to worship in congregation.
 Next, my family and I had dinner at 20.00 after waiting for us to come home from
the mosque. When everyone finished eating, I help my mother clean the dining table. I
always sleep at 10 pm because my parents forbid me to stay up late, and I will repeat my
activities tomorrow again.
