My routines

hi teacher. I’m trung. Today I’m very happy to tell you about my routines. First
thing in the morning, I usually get up at 5:00, then I brush my teeth, comb my hair
and wash my face. At 5:30, I usually exercise with my family because exercise is
good for health. We exercise for about 30 minutes and then we make breakfast
about 10 minutes. And we eat breakfast at 6:10. And I go to school from 7am to
10am. It was my usual morning. At 11 a.m I make lunch for my family and then we
eat together. And I usually clean the house, wash the dishes, take out the garbage
after every meal. Then in the afternoon, I usually go running around the park,
sometimes if I'm not go running, I'll go to the gym. Because going to the gym helps
me have a muscular body. Finally in the evening, I usually take a bath at 7pm. I
make dinner with my mother at 7:20 and we have dinner together. Then I watch
TV and I study at 8pm. And at 10 pm I brush my teeth and go to bed. So my
normal day passed very simply. Above is a little introduction about my routines.
