Proper Knowledge - A vital tool for it is inherently

innate to an individual necessary for a business

institution to progress. It drives and shapes

business activity that allows innovation to be

developed within the organization.

Discipline - Ensures an individual's composure

even during pressure. It promotes adherence to

any institution's regulations, goals and objectives.

Thus, generating a positive aptitude within the

workplace.

Consistency - It allows an individual to be self-

aware, harness relationships in building trust, and

execute the delegated job efficiently and

profitably.
Integrity - In any institution, having a good sense

of integrity enhances your reputation. In

exchange, it is necessary in alluring and

encouraging people, along with retaining and

building trust.

Innovative - In fast changing of trends and

bandwagon, innovation is necessary to grow and

adapt. Stagnation can be immensely detrimental

and developing a certain thing is necessary to

cope up.

 Problem Solving Skills – In any given circumstance, hurdles are insurmountable but I manage to

overcome these by looking at a different angle and formulating strategies to sort things out.

 Versatile – I don’t focus on one strength alone; I make it a point to harness all my other skills

and unlocking all potentials beneficial for any institution.

 Dedicated – Without anything to distract me, I keep my focus on the job that is given, exceed

expectations, and constantly seeking progress.

 Knowledgeable – I don’t storm any dungeon unarmed, I make sure when I want to pursue

something, I must be equipped with all the necessary knowledge that could help a certain

institution grow.

 Punctual – One of the most important things for it says so much about our adherence to any

institution’s goals and objectives, regulations, and work connection.

IDENTIFIED THREE EXPERIENCES

 My experience as accounting officer in Magsaysay MOL Ship Management Inc. Manila,


Philippines for about three years molded me to become a well-versed employee. As someone
who has monitored remittance from the shipping vessel owner by maintaining accurate record
that eased the accounting process, billed different Clubs in relations to P&I (insurances) by
handling detailed summary of expenses which easier the collection of money or reimbursement,
processed accounting journals and financial reports, ensured accurate, timely accounting and
thorough understanding of all financial information – Monthly, Quarterly, including bank
compliance and taxation issues, prepared Vessels’ Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Report, which
includes checking and analyzing variance against the annual budget, prepared payables by
checking and verifying invoices accuracy then encoding of data entry of invoices through the
system, processed and released cheques by printing cheques and bank drafts for the payment of
suppliers and printed wire transfer payments for suppliers overseas, obtained approval of
payables from department heads. These and more stretched my capabilities into where I am
setting foot at the moment.
 Another is my work experience as Customer Service Specialist- Teller at the Bank of the
Philippine Islands. Maintaining bank records and customer information for confidentiality taught
me discipline and adherence to company regulations. Handling cash transactions correctly for
easier balancing of cash drawers taught me to be cautious and aware about financial stability.
 Lastly, is the life experience from childhood to adulthood. Coming a third world country, where
survival by prioritizing the needs and not satisfying the wants are the main priority. At a very
young age, life taught me the hard way, of balancing work, studies, and responsibilities at home.
It taught me things that no other business institution has brought forth. In handling people with
diversified beliefs, the way we treat them, in being thrifty, in second chances, in taking risks,
these and more are valuable lessons of what an empty pocket can teach.

Good health creates an effective and efficient workplace. It allows an employee to perform any given
task when stamina is at its good state. Another is Quality Education, it provides an individual all the
necessary tools required to be globally competent, productive, make a sustainable living, and develops
an individual's well-being.
Part 3. Describe Your Personal Brand

1. Given all the necessary competencies I’ve acquired through the years, I am equally effective
working independently and in cooperation with others. Being exposed to varied fields, dealing
with several customers, harnessed my skills, molding me to become one competent individual.
What sets me apart from others is my unwavering drive in the pursuit of greatness, equipped
with all the necessary weapons to storm any battle. Taking risks as an opportunity to learn and
grow, along with my analytical skills in resolving conflicts.
2. On top of my priority list in seeking the most qualified personnel is person of integrity; doing the
right thing even when nobody’s looking. No need for recognition, just casually doing the job and
exceeding everyone’s expectations. Furthermore, employees with proper knowledge in
technical know-how’s, accountable even at minor mistakes and learning to acknowledge them,
versatile and not focusing only on one strength but turning weaknesses to strengths, punctual
that says so much about an individual’s time management, disciplined as it is in correlation to
adherence in company regulations, professionalism in dealing and handling intensified and
worsening situations, and innovative in thirst of wanting more.
