Identification: Pipe and Fitting shall be marked with manufacturer's name or trademark, raw
material designation and type and the seal or mark of the laboratory making
the evaluation for corrosive waste applications, if listed. Flame retardant
material shall be designated FR. They shall also show size and "F1412" and
UPC® certification mark. Pipe shall be marked in intervals of not more than
5 feet and shall show schedule size.

Characteristics: Polypropylene, proxlene and polyethylene corrosion resistant piping systems

with heat fusion method of joining. Mechanical couplings are also available
in sizes 1-1/2", 2", 3", 4", and 6". To be installed in accordance with the
manufacturer's recommendations and the latest edition of the Uniform Plumbing
Code.

Products listed on this certificate have been tested by an IAPMO R&T

recognized laboratory. This recognition has been granted based upon the
laboratory's compliance to the applicable requirements of ISO/IEC 17025.

This listing period is based upon the last date of the month indicated on the Effective Date and Void After Date shown above. Any change in material,
manufacturing process, marking or design without having first obtained the approval of the Product Certification Committee, or any evidence of
non-compliance with applicable codes and standards or of inferior workmanship, may be deemed sufficient cause for revocation of this listing.
