Do the request of the tank owner we have modified with the reference of Nagpur APPROVED
drawing capacity 20 KL (4 Comp. 5+5+5+5 KL) and mounted it on the vehicle having reg. no.
MP07HB6456 make & model TATA LPT 2518/48 having engine no. 51M84270825 chassis no
MAT448037F5P16783 registered in favour of Mr. Rajesh syal S/o Subhash syal Add:- A1/54
Vinay Nagar Sector-3 Gwalior Madhya Pradesh,

Tank mounted on Chassis no. 426021LWZ734977 make TATA LPT 2515 TC

Which we have modified as per our approved drawing on vehicle TATA LPT 2518/48
We have made According to drawing no P405305/17 as per the designed drawing now we
sifted on above chassis

The filled of tank has been done as par the requirements laid down in third schedule of
petroleum rule 2002.

FITTINGS HAVE BEEN CHECKED BY US. THE SAME WERE FOUND IN GOOD CONDITION
WORKABLE
