or with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with both and for every subsequent offence
with simple imprisonment which may extend to there months or with fine which may to five thousand
rupees or with both

fully conforms in all respects to the requirements laid down in the Third Schedule of the Petroleum
Rules 2002.
