I. Title of the Activity: Toothbrushing Activity

II. Venue: Lalakay Elementary School

III. Objective of the Activity: This activity aims to maintain health protocols even

inside the homes.

IV. Organizer : Fe G. Huinda

V. Highlight/Summary of the Activity: The school received toothbrushes and

toothpastes from the Division Office this school year. It was distributed to the

pupils through the scheduled retrieval and distribution of answer sheets and

worksheets that was included in the envelope. Checklist for the pupils was also

given for documentation. Daily toothbrushing helps the pupils to become

healthy. Aside from the toothbrush and toothpaste, hand soap as part of the

hygiene and health protocol was also given to the pupils. It is important that we

wash our hands so that we prevent the spread of virus.
