Raw material provided by the respective vendor

should be as our quality standards.

Only Manual Inspection required for Raw Material. Can be systemized in future.

For any factory’s new order, pilot run took place. Pilot run should be of 50-60 Pair. It includes all the
technicalities. After the approval of QC, bulk production will take place.

Each component like upper, sole, insole etc. will be checked by respective individual department.

After the approval, quantity will be issued to assembly store.

As per the capacity of line, material will be issued to assembly line.

 Internal QC
 Final QC after packing

Before packing 100% final product needs to be checked by factory.

Inspection based on AQL sample in done at Finished goods store.

If AQL is passed, then it will be ready for shipment. Else, it will be rechecked by factory QC based on
100% sampling process.

Expectation:

1. AQL inspection should be linked with sale order, along with the specification.
2. Quality Audit report as per the revised format.
