Notes :
1 GST & Transportation charges are Extra for the Vessels / Tanks. Rs. 10 to Rs. 12 shall be added for Normalisation /
Stress relieving of Pressure vessels, where ever applicable for Pressure Vessels.
2 Normally we will supply the Plates to Fabricator at site.Transportation charges of Steel Plates are included in this cost.
The basis is made as, Rs. 60/kg (for supply) and Rs. 35/kg (for Fabrication, erection, Power charges, Hydro testing,
Transportation charges to Paint Yard). GST is excluded in this rate.
3 Normally we will supply the Plates to Fabricator at site. Transportation charges of Steel Plates are included in this cost.
The basis is made as, Rs. 67.5/kg (for supply) and Rs. 37.5/kg (for Fabrication, erection, Power charges, Hydro
testing, Transportation charges to Paint Yard). For PWHT of Tank, separate quote has to be got from Vendors and the
same shall be included extra along with Diesel cost and additional Structural support (to raise the tank from foundation
for PWHT) & Lifting cost of tank. GST is excluded in this rate
4 The Weight basis rate mentioned above are applicable on the FINISHED WEIGHT (mentioned in GA
Drg.) of Pressure Vessel & Storage Tank.
5 Supply and Application charges (excluding GST) are included in this price.
6 Details are to be worked out and shall be made ready for some repeated cases.
7 The Site rates are for normal sites. Suitbale provision should be made for difficult sites.
