GENERAL PTA PROJECT ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

S.Y 2021-2022
GRADE 7 – ARIES / 8 - JOY

I. INTRODUCTION

The purpose of the Parent-Teachers Association, a formal group made up of

parents, teachers, and staff, is to encourage parental involvement in schools. The goal
of this collaboration between parents and teachers is to improve education and enrich
the lives of the students at the school. Additionally, it serves as a forum for parents to
learn about and discuss what is happening in their school. The school itself could not
stand alone without the help of the Parents and the community.

II. OBJECTIVES
 To encourage harmonious relationship between teachers and parents to support the
pupil’s academic performance.
 To help the school for the implementation of the programs and projects.
 To promote school-community friendly environment.

III. HIGHLIGHTS OF ACCOMPLISHMENT

 28 out of 75 parents Attended in the meeting.

 Parents approved the proposed project by the Appointed PTA Officials which is the
procurement of Curtains, Stand Fan, Garden Pots in the classroom.
 Parents agreed to pay 50.00.
 Procured Curtains, Stand Fan, Garden Pots in the classroom.

 Other parents lack of coordination and participation.
 Lack of fund.
 Other parents lack support in their children development.

V. CONCLUSION/RECOMMENDATIONS
 Encourage stakeholders to support School project and programs.
 Focus on good plan for future Project.

Annotation:

For this objective I have attached one lesson plan that shows that i have used
research-based knowledge and/or principles of teaching and learning in all components
of my lesson plan to improve student learning. From the Review and Priming part, I was
able to Engage my students into using their prior knowledge on superstitious beliefs
taught by their parents and community. While in the Activity part, I was able to let my
students Explore and gather data on superstitious belief. In the Analysis I let my
students analysis and elaborate the concept on solar and lunar eclipse. And in the
abstraction part where the progression of learning also took place. While in the
Application part wherein the Collaborative Practice and Challenging Task was also
applied.
