Below points are there in the pipeline and sorted with priorities.
1. Execuatving the adjacent layout to avoid water flow inside our layout
2. Welding the main gate
3. Common Pipeline activity for water
4. Procuring cutting machine and sprayer for cleaning layout
5. Common Septic Tank
6. Common Borewell Repair
7. Arranging security
8. Fencing the transformers
9. Garden Area maintenance
10. Provision for security room
11. Common Hall in common area for association activities
12. Paying Tax from association to Panchayat office by collecting money from owners
13. Compound wall painting

Owners request noted:


● Gomathi Site No 53: Cutting tree inside her site while doing next cleaning
● Jyotirmay Site No 44 and 45:Cleaning his site during next time as it is fenced and not
cleaned in the last cleaning activity.
● Compound wall built/Fenced site owners should be present during the next cleaning so
that their layout will be cleaned. Activity will be notified to the owners in advance.
● Syed Site No 36 and 37:Discussed regarding missed corner stones. Association
proposed a solution for this problem by contacting adjacent site owners before starting
the construction and they must intimate the association about their work start.
● Association can stop construction work at any time if someone breaches the rule.
Other Points discussed:
● Points of conflict arose so far and decided to set Do’s and Don'ts for layout.
● Emergency situation rule - Approvals with minimal association members via short time
notification rule will be passed. So that emergency situation inside the layout can be
handled without delay.
