The determination of East Kalimantan as the new State Capital (IKN) has a

multiplier effect
energy needs.
Energy is the engine of activity.
In the absence of energy, the activities of government administration,
transportation and industry widely in the vicinity
city could not possibly last.

Kalimantan has large reserves of energy resources, from fossil and


renewable. So far, Kalimantan has functioned as a producer of energy (oil
and gas).

The existence of an energy mix is one of the bright prospects in the new
capital project. The energy mix must have benefits for the community and the
surrounding environment. Consideration of brief economic analysis is
important in order to answer the problems of how much investment it will
take and how much cost saving it can produce.
That’s why, in this competition, I would like to propose my design about the
strategy of ideal energy mix for Indonesia’s new capital city project. See you
