1. Background
SPE PEM Akamigas SC has several work programs that aim to increase hardskill and
softskill of PEM Akamigas students. To support the continuation of work programs that
have been compiled in each division, SPE PEM Akamigas SC requires students other than
those of SPE PEM Akamigas SC organization.
The purpose of volunteers recruitment is for helping all work programs of SPE PEM SC
when most of the boards have internship for three months and all events in one period. All
Activities, hopefully, can be run well because of assistance from volunteers. The benefits
of being a volunteer are enhance their organizational skills, get a certificate as an
appreciation, the best three volunteers will be awarded and given the priority to join the
next boards of SPE PEM Akamigas SC.

2. Name of Event
The name of this event is “Volunteers”.

3. Goals of Event
The goals of this work program are as follow:
a. As one of the work programs of the Human Resources Department.
b. To help SPE PEM Akamigas SC in succeeding its work programs.
c. To recruit potential volunteers to fill in some available positions.
d. To increase the soft skill of students selected as volunteer.

4. Activity Target
4.1 Benefit Recipients
All PEM Akamigas Students from Batch 2019 and 2020.
4.2 Success Parameter
This event can be said to be successful if the volunteers can help us in conducting
several of our work programs. Moreover, the success of this program can be seen from
the enthusiasm of the volunteers in participating in our work programs.

This activity is a volunteer recruitment of SPE PEM Akamigas SC to help all work
