 Ringkasan Laporan Eksekutif
Being part of this program from the beginning has never been thought of. I am grateful for
my ability to be one of the five UNS representatives for first batch sea-tvet program. When I
heard the decision from seameo that my friends and I were placed in the philppine made me
happy, finally i can get out of the country, it could be experience and learning to the future.
We have hosted university at Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology. Most
philippine people understand and use English though not all of them, another language they
use is tagalog. We learn about Tagalog Language like "Magandang Umaga" which means
"Good Morning”, “Magandang Gabi” which means “Selamat Malam” and also the famous
food in Philippine, it is Jolibee. My first week there was more orientation in the Nueva Ecija
University of Science and Technology. The first week we get a opening ceremony from
Sumachab Campus, orientation program in San Isidro Campus, and Asean celebration day in
General Tinio Campus. The second week we get a training in cnc, air conditioning, robotics,
mechatronics, pneumatic, hydrolic, and etc. In the third week we released to the Internship,
During my internship, we go to the pump station in Cabanatuan city, we check the data of
pressure, water flow, we check the generator, and also the pump. Mr. Robert is very kind
person, he give us a lunch, and when we go to the outside, he buy some street food and give
to us. NEUST enough understanding to us on every weekend, one day they took us for a
walk, like to the market, Isdaan, and a beautiful beach aurora, dingalan in there we stay
overnight. Our last day at Pangasinan State University we attended Closing Program two
times, in the first time we get in NEUST and the second time we get in Engineering
Departement, that time really made me sad. I will miss them.

Hasil yang Dicapai dan Saran

Hasil Yang Dicapai :
Hasil yang saya capai dari program magang ini yaitu belajar dan mengerti mengenai
bagaimana cara kerja pompa, cara kerja generator, mengidentifikasi masalah, trouble
shooting pada pompa serta dapat berbagai macam training dari campus, sehingga kita
mendapat bekal untuk praktek selanjutnya. Dalam program ini saya juga belajar secara
langsung bagaimana berinteraksi menggunakan bahasa inggris. Suatu saat ilmu ini, ingin
sekali saya terapkan di Indonesia.
Saran :
1. Untuk Nueva Ecija University of Science and Technology, dipersiapkan lebih matang
lagi untuk schedulnya, terkadang dalam schedule tidak tepat sesuai kegiatan yang akan
kita lakukan. Untuk akomodasi disana sangat baik, serta fasilitas yang baik dari NEUST.
2. Untuk Primewater Cabanatuan City, segera menambah cabang lagi untuk pum station,
dan membuka kantor cabang baru agar dapat menerima karyawan lebih banyak lagi.
3. Untuk UNS, sebaiknya untuk batch berikutnya dipersiapkan lebih matang lagi mengenai
program sea-tvet ini, lalu penjelasan detail mengenai surat pertanggung jawaban sangat
kami perlukan untuk kebaikan bersama.
 Rencana Tindak Lanjut

Rencana tindak lanjut saya dari program ini yaitu menerapkan sisi positif untuk rencana
karir saya kedepannya, yang saya peroleh dari pengalaman magang saya di Philippine.
