Hardware Requirements
The following outlines the minimum hardware and software requirements necessary to access the
Safe Passage Training Management System. There may be additional requirements for specific
courses. Refer to the “Additional Requirements” section of this document for more information.

Networked Configuration Options

Option 1
The Instructor Station will share the data folder
containing the Student Records Database file.
This folder must allow Read/Write access and
must be accessible through the classroom net-
work. The Student Stations must change the

properly network the Student Records. This
will make the user login information, course
progress, and test results available from any
computer in the classroom.
