EXCLUSIVE AUTHORITY TO SELL

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to authorize GINA C. RAMOS, office of Angeles Pampanga as my Sales Agent, the right to negotiate my
real estate properties. I further agree and consent to the terms and condition states below. Parcel of land
particularly described as follows:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The selling price of above-described real property is ONE HUNDRED PESOS (PHP 100.00) per square
meters.
2. The above-named Salesperson can sell the property to the buyer amounting to ONE HUNDRED
SEVENTY-FIVE PESOS (PHP 175.00) per square meters.
3. The said amount of any such excess shall cover the payment of Capital Gain Tax, Documentary Stamp,
Notarial Fees, Titling processing fees, Transfer Fees (Transfer Tax and Registration Fee) and sellers’
commission.
4. The down payment of buyer shall be considered as payment for titling cost of the said property.
5. This authority is valid until officially revoked by the undersigned. (seller shall issue cancellation of Exclusive
Authority to Sell)
