Gabay sa Magulang/Tagapag-alaga

Ang modyul na ito ay sinulat upang gabayan ang inyong mag-aaral na


linangin ang kanyang aspetong personal at sosyal, akademiko, at
panglipunan. Ito ay ginawa para sa “distance learning” o alternatibong
pamamaraan ng pagkatuto na hindi nangangailangan ng pisikal na
presensya sa paaralan, bilang tugon sa direktiba na pagkansela ng “face-to-
face class” dulot ng pandemyang COVID-19.
Ang araling ito ay makatutulong sa mag-aaral upang matamo ang
tagumpay sa kanyang pag-aaral. Bilang mag-aaral, inaasahan na matukoy
nya ang mga mahahalagang kaalaman at kasanayan na makatutulong sa
kanya upang mapagtagumpayan ang mga gawaing pampaaralan. Bukod
dito, mahalagang maisabuhay nya ang mga kaalaman at kasanayang ito at
maisagawa ang mga paraan kung paano ito patuloy na mapabubuti at
malilinang.
Maaaring may mga pagkakataong humingi ng tulong ang inyong mag-
aaral sa pagsunod sa mga tagubilin at pagsagot sa mga tanong sa bawat
bahagi ng mga gawain. Hinihiling ng kagawaran ang inyong suporta at
pakikiisa sa mga sumusunod:
Tiyakin na sasagutin ng mag-aaral ang bawat gawain at pagtatasa na
nakapaloob sa modyul, nang tapat at sa abot ng kanyang makakaya.
Siguraduhing maipapasa ng mag-aaral ang mga nakasaad na gawain
ayon sa binigay na gabay at itinakdang petsa ng kanyang gurong-tagapayo.
Makipag-ugnayan sa paaralan tungkol sa anumang suliraning may
kaugnayan sa pagkatuto ng inyong anak.

This module is designed to guide you in achieving success at


school. As a student, you should be able to identify, develop and enhance
your knowledge and skills to enable you to accomplish the academic
competencies expected of you.

You are expected to finish this module in two weeks. There are six
activities provided for you to practice and complete, namely:

Let’s Try This – which will help you to get ready to learn;

Let’s Explore This – which will guide you towards what you need to learn;

Keep in Mind – which will give you the lessons that you need to learn and
understand;

You Can Do It – which will help you apply the lessons learned in daily
activities;

What I Have learned – which will test and evaluate your learning;

Share Your Thoughts and Feelings – which will help you express your
thoughts, opinions, and feelings.

Make sure to read, think, follow, and enjoy every task that you are asked
to do.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this module, you are expected to:


1. enumerate the knowledge and skills gained from school and
community activities;
2. recognize the value of acquired knowledge and skills in achieving
academic success; and
3. demonstrate the lessons learned towards school achievements.

Period: Weeks 5 and 6 of 3rd Quarter

This module was made to give you an opportunity to know, value
and use the knowledge and skills that you’ve learned across the different
learning areas. Through this, you will become more self-motivated
towards learning and succeed in school and beyond.

Let’s Review

In module 9, you learned to stop, look, and listen. You realized how
important to face whatever challenges that comes your way. Yes, bear in
mind that you need to overcome every problem in your elementary life.

Suggested Time Allotment: 30 minutes

What’s on My Head?
Throughout your school experiences, you gained various knowledge
and skills. It’s time to list them down and be proud of what you already
achieved.
1. Draw a big hat on a piece of paper.
2. Using another paper, cut out at least five different shapes.
3. In each shape, write down the knowledge and skills that you gained
from your academic and extra-curricular activities.
4. Color the shapes and then paste them around your hat.

know which of them should be developed, continued or enhanced.

2. Explain how you can benefit with these in achieving success in
school.

Exploring the things that you know, and you don’t know, helps you
identify what should be developed and enhanced as you continue to learn
in school. Both activities inside and outside the school can give you
opportunities to gain knowledge and skills that will be helpful for your
success in school and beyond.

You should remember that learning never ends. Practicing these
simple tips below can help you make the most out of the meaningful
learnings and experiences you acquired in and outside school.
