firstly, i think we should try again the ads on facebook

>>>>> yes , it’s ok , i just have the same idea . we need to let more of the clients
know us , also we will post the ads with the new policy , we will not only cover your
country VN , but also Laos 、Myanmar 、Cambodia . ( because we will focus on the
promoting our website store www.delponting.com) , guiding the client visiting our
website store , so that they will know more details on our business and products
dirrectly , and also let’s see what’s the difference when you will cover those
countries ,comparing with we do it in the other countries.

secondly, apart from our own group, I think I will follow other groups to catch the
customer's taste about the planting light or maybe we can sell through other group

with you about the group , my points are bellow:
1. We create a group , we will make it as the community , we will invite more of the
clients in the group and we will train the clients the knowledge about the lights ,
asking the clients share the experence of using our lights and their likes and
happyness ect. Getting more fans in the group
2. Inviting those clients who have purchased our lights
3. You will search for more of the planting groups and talk with the holders of the
group if we can sell or promote our lights and website store www.delponting.com in
their groups .
4. Those who will be interested in our products , you can invite them into the group.

As you know in those planting groups , most of the members in the groups can be
our clients . we can establish the relationship with them in the group also we can sell
our products in some of the group too . so i think this is a effective to expend our
business and brand . let’s have a try on it .

thirdly, I will let the customer share their feeling of using our light, and even discount
a little for their next time re-buying (we can discuss about the rate), and also
establish the right to comment on group to mitigate the disadvantageous comments
and solve the arising problems in time
