No. 1256, s. 2022 To: Assistant Schools Division Superintendent Chief Education Program Supervisors Public Schools District Supervisors Elementary, Secondary and Special Schools Principals /Officers-In-Charge SUBMISSION OF THE SCHOOL’S INTERPRETATION OF DATA ENCODED IN THE CONSOLIDATION FORM OF THE RPMS RESULTS OF TEACHERS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022 1 This is to inform the field of the Google Sheets entitled - Consolidation Form for the RPMS Results of Teachers I-III (Proficient Teachers) and Consolidation Form for the RPMS Results of MT I-II (Highly Proficient Teachers) are developed by the SGOD-HRD section. 2. The School Heads are instructed to accomplish the consolidation forms by visiting the google sheet Jinks: https://tinyurl.com/RPMSResultTeacherltoM and https://tinyurl.com/RPMSResultMTItoll. The said google sheets need to be accomplished until August 10, 2022. 3. In connection to the above premise, the school heads should prepare a report on the interpretation of data garnered in each objective in the given Key Result Area (KRA) to be submitted to their respective Public Schools District Supervisor and the SGOD-HRD section for the validation and consolidation of results. The said report needs to be submitted in hard copy on or before August 16, 2022. 4. Furthermore, the School Heads and the PSDS are encouraged to make use of the report on the interpretation of data garnered in determining the school’s /cluster’s training needs assessment to provide a training program for School Year 2022 - 2023 that will address the needs of teachers in their respective school/cluster. 5.
