ERNI Designated Division CIC Coordinator Re; Invitation for the CIC officers and advisers to attend the Training on Leadership for Campus Integrity Crusaders Dear Superintendent Torrecampo: The Office of the Ombudsman, through the Community Coordination Bureau (CCB), is very grateful for your unceasing support to our Campus Integrity Crusaders (CIC) Program Which aims to empower the youth in their involvement in corruption prevention initiatives by developing their leadership skills and instilling the values of integrity and social responsibility Even amidst the challenges brought about by the COVID-19 pandemic, our parinership has continued, and for CY 2021, a total of 245 school/eampus-based organizations were accredited which implemented almost 700 activities promoting integrity, social responsibility and gender and development using different online platforms. As our way of recognizing the invaluable efforts and commitment of our CIC officers and advises to the CIC Program, and in order to further develop and enhance ther leadership skills, and integrity, CCB will conduct a I-day Training on Leadership for Campus Integrity Crusaders (TLC) for CIC officers and advisers, with 3 modules: 1) Causes and Effects of Corruption; 2) Leadership with Integrity: A Solution; and, 3) Leading with Integrity. With the pandemic ushering in the use of online platforms, TLC will be conducted using Zoom and Google Classroom. It is one day seminar-workshop using blended learning, with the ‘Synchronous Session (Live) in the morning, from 8:30 AM to 12:00 NN, and the Asynchronous ‘Session (Self-Paced) in the afterioon, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. At the end of the I-cay TLC, CIC officers and members are expected to prepare a plan to be leaders with integrity to help prevent the problem of corruption within their sphere of influence. In this regard, may we respectfully invite mine (9) officers and members from each of the accredited CICs under your Division to attend the mentioned I-day TLC on August 18 and 25, 2022.
