The field is hereby informed of the extension on the submission of Open Ranking for Teacher I Junior High School level. 2. Alll interested and qualified applicants should submit their pertinent documents together with the Omnibus Certification and Veracity of Documents at the Personnel Section through Mr. Daniel A. De Ocampo not later than August 11, 2022, with proper Jabels inside the long brown envelope indicating with the applicant’s name and the position being applied for. 3. Enclosed is the Omnibus Certification and Veracity of Documents for ready reference. 4. English Proficiency Test (EPT) shall be scheduled by Bureau of Education ‘Assessment (BEA), to be announced. For those applicants who already took EPT in other division, kindly attach the certificate of EPT result. 5. For those applicants who were included in the previous RQA, may consider their application provided that said applicants should expressed their intent to apply in SY, 2022-2023 by submitting letter of intent in accordance with the SDO's call for applicants and updated credentials and application documents, if any. 6. Failure to submit the application of documents on the stated date will automatically be excluded in the selection process. 7.
