Self-findings/Reason:
I have made myself evaluation and identified that:
1. Due to lock down situation some customer decision are held up.
2. Lack of high value customer.
3. Couldn’t generate expected new lead.
But I am confident and determined that I will catch up all behind target by 3rd quarter.
I have the following back up customer who are in close negotiation level:
Total 290,000,000.00
Action Plan:
I have taken some Initiative to generate new lead for cover up my target in next Two months:
1. I have make list High Net Worth Personals who has money for commercial Investment
2. I will generate 5 new lead every day for commercial and High End Residential.
3. I will give Online Presentation to make customer more interested about our product.
