Subject: - Request for Proposal (RFP) documents for Project Management

Consultancy (PMC) - Modified document

Madam/Sir,
Ministry vide letter of even number dated 06.01.2021 has issued Request for
Proposal (RFP) documents for Project Management Consultancy services for
National Highways and central sector road works. In partial modification of the
criteria given in the said letter, it has been decided that for the following
categories of works for which DPRis yet to be prepared and work is included in the
annual plan/sanctioned by competent authority PMCshall be engaged.

i. All projects costing Rs. 300 crores and above,

ii. All standalone bridge and tunnel projects.

2. The action taken report on implementation of these instructions on

engagement of PMC shall be sent to the Ministry for further review of the
documents.

3. The contents of this Circular may please be brought to the notice of all the
Concerned in your Organization.
