Introduction
From our years of experience and working with clients across numerous
industries, we have gained a deep understanding on the gap that is created by
the traditional weighbridge systems. One of the key areas where traditional
systems fall short, is data visibility. Traditional weighbridges are dependent on
human effort; thus, it is dependent on the weighbridge operator to create the
chain of communication to share the data and generate insights from the day-
to-day operations. WeighMAST aims to fill this gap, by providing your business
with further clarity and insights on your weighbridge operations, this is
achieved by a wide variety of features.

1.Smart reporting
Out of box reports-
Product wise reports- This report will record the movement of a particular
product or a specific product group, that had either entered or exited the
campus during a fixed period. This report can be generated on a daily, weekly,
fortnightly, or monthly basis.
For example, company which manufactures plastic bags could record the raw
material that are coming in the campus and going outside the campus between
the 1st and 15th of may.
Supplier wise products- This report would record the number of times a
particular supplier has provided the products to your business. With the help of
sap integration, and product management, every time an inwards weighment
transaction is made, the source of the material is recorded. This allows
weighmast to develop reports of how many times a particular supplier has
provided goods to the business.
For example, between the dates of 1st January and 31st January, the supplier A
sent material 10 times (inwards movement of material), whilst our client B
picked up our products 5 times (outwards movement of material).

Date range reporting- The report presents the number of weighment

transactions done by the business between a fixed period.

For e.g.- Weighment transactions done by the business between on the 1st of
may were 17, where 8 inwards movements were recorded, and 9 outwards
movements were recorded.

Vehicle wise reports- Businesses need to be aware of which vehicles are

passing through its campus, which vehicles are moving inwards, and which
are moving outwards. At the time of the weighment, the system records the
number plate data and the data of the truck driver, which is used to generate
this report. It allows the company to know which vehicles have come in on
which dates, and how many times each vehicle has entered or exited the
premises. This level of detail would prove extremely useful, when theft or any
form of malpractices are detected.
For example, Mercedes Actros truck, with the license number DL101, has
entered the premises 14 times within the month of May.
CLOUD BASED REPORTS-
Trend analysis of any variable such as truck, material, supplier, specific dates
can be accessed from anywhere, using any device, as it is present on the
cloud. Here we are highlighting a few of our many different cloud-based
reports.

Vehicle -wise Trend analysis- For trend analysis of the truck will show the
trends of the tare weight of a specific truck and compare it with gross weight,
this can help in detecting any anomalies.

2.Role Based Access

Role based access ensures that the right personnel and has the right access to
the information. Higher level authorities will be aware about this and only the
relevant information would be passed on.

3.Real time data visibility through

SMS alerts and email alerts
Any weighment transaction that is taking place will always notify the relevant or
concerned person with an email or SMS alert which would notify them the
weighment data, truck data and material data. The relevant person would be
aware of the data that is relevant. The business would receive daily weekly and
monthly reports.
4.Multi Weighbridge integration
Businesses that have very large premises across different locations, would be
operating different weighbridges. Weigh mast will allow weighbridges to be
connected and integrated with one other and this will give information about
the vehicle movement and material movement taking place among the sites.
The amount of time taken by the truck driver between these sites will also be
recorded.
