For the data gathering tool We utilize an unstructured interview guide to contain a list of unstructured
questions. The structure will have three major parts that will be proceeded with follow-up clarifications.
The first part compliments the first objective, which aims to explore alumni experiences of the CLOHS
program concerning career planning after graduation. It will be followed by understanding the problems
and challenges that the participants encountered in finding a career after graduation. And the last part will
discuss the practices that the participants developed to deal with the issues and/or problems that arose in
finding a career after graduation. The outcome of the questionnaires will be open-end; it will enhance the
evaluation of the rationality of the participant's perspective and will acquire recommendations necessary
