Pantone colours cannot be color-matched with digital printing, all Pantone colors used will be
converted to CMYK process before printing and will therefore not be an accurate match of the PMS required.
CMYK Values must be supplied for Digital artworks, if not, artwork colors will be matched as
close as possible but we don't guarantee a 100% match.

Please note while we endeavour to fulfil your order as per the layout, should we have any issues that affect our ability to run your order
on the planned shift, we will contact you between 07:00am – 22:00pm so as to not loose time.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure that there are no damages or shortages on print orders, any shortages / damages or misprints which
are reported within the prescribed time frame and account for less than 1% of the quantity branded, will not be re-branded but rather credited.
1.) We will not be held responsible for any spelling or artwork errors once approved by you. 2.) Amendments made to proof will result in delay to delivery date.

4.) Printing colour’s will be matched as close as possible to Pantone colour’s or swatches supplied.
5.) We do not guarantee a 100% colour match.
6.) We are not liable for any loss or damage once items leave our premises.
7.) Layouts sent in colour via email are not a true reflection of the colour but merely and indication of what the item will look like.
8.) Should you require changes, we will issue a new layout for final proofing before production.
9.) If you want the printing to be silver on gold vinyl, everything that is white on the artwork will be the colour of the vinyl that is being printed on.
