The film begins with the birth of a baby at the end of World
War I, where that night Thomas Button, the father came home
to see how his wife was about to give birth. After he got
home, his wife had died because she gave birth to their child.
The father then saw his son who had very wrinkled skin, just

passed, one day he came to Daisy's dance lesson where at that
time Daisy wanted to close her tutoring place because it was
late at night. Then, Daisy was surprised by Benjamin's arrival
which saw his getting younger, then Daisy asked where
Benjamin lived now and Benjamin replied that he was now
staying at a hotel inn. At that time, her son and Daisy's new
husband came to introduce Benjamin as a friend. And then
Daisy came to Benjamin's inn, which at that time she was
staying at the hotel. And they made love, after that Daisy
went straight home and said good night to Benjamin.
Day after day, Daisy received news from the caretaker of the
nursing home and the Orientas Child Welfare Department
that Benjamin was sick and he even forgot who he was and
where he was, which resulted in him being taken to the
hospital. The doctor said he had an impaired ability to

Moral In this life, we should be very grateful for everything that

God has given us. Moreover, if we are born with disabilities

and have a disease, we should be grateful for what God has
given us, even though people or doctors respond that we will
not live longer. But if God wills, he can make us better, which
makes us getting older and even easier and healthier than
humans in general, who get older the more sick we get. And
also if we are in an environment that has a bad impact on us,
we definitely feel that we are useless. Vice versa, if we are in
an environment surrounded by people who want to accept us,
we will be loved.
Lesson The lesson we can take is that as parents we still have to
accept or be grateful for all the shortcomings that their
children have. Because out there, many parents who want to
have children. However, God has not provided. Whereas
those of us who already have children but have shortcomings
should be grateful and give him more love for him. For
example Ms. Queenie who cared for Benjamin sincerely and
loved him like her own child even though she had not yet
been blessed with a child, which in the end Benjamin grew
more easily and healthier thanks to being cared for by Ms.
Queenie.
Conclusion In conclusion, we should be very grateful for what God has
given us. Never feel useless, all humans are created to accept

Review film
The Curious Case of Benjamin Button tells the story of a man who has a birth defect in growing
into adulthood. Benjamin Button was born with a body that resembles a very old man.
Physically, Benjamin is the same as people his age, but as he gets older, his physique actually
looks younger. His father did not like the disorder that was in Benjamin, so he threw him into a
nursing home. While at the orphanage, Benjamin befriended his best friend's granddaughter,
Daisy, a little girl who made him fall in love at first sight. Their relationship started as playmates,
until they grew up. This is the problem in their relationship.

In my opinion, this film is recommended watching for adults. Which teaches us what western life
is like and what they did when they were teenagers. However, there is a bit of criticism for this
film because it has a fairly long duration which shows how life is in the west. For me, I was quite
bored with some of the scenes in this film, so I mostly skipped scenes that I thought were not

important. That's it, but from all the execution and also the equipment and everything related to
this film is perfect in my opinion.
