DXC is a leading IT outsourcing company having annual revenues of U$19billion. DXC was created in
April 2017 by spun-off HP Enterprise Services with CSC.
Reporting to AsiaPac Region CFO, responsible for overall finance for India business. This
includes:
A business partner to drive efficiency in revenue, AOP. Key task is to drive the people to
meet forecast/budget for the country on quarterly and yearly basis. Identify the risk associated
with this and help to mitigate it.
Give strategic direction on financials to the larger leadership team for short and medium-term
goals with various analysis and inputs.
Activities also include budgeting and forecast process, books closure and MIS.
Experience of leading large team (7 direct and 30+ overall). During the year, managed the
account profitability, cost controls check, worked with cross functional teams for various
matters, achieved accelerated revenue & AOP for few transactions, focused on collections
which has improved by more than 10% in a year and tight reviews on unbilled.
Reporting to Regional Director or WW Head, the pricing head is supporting large deals. A trusted advisor to region
CFO, was also spearheading the team of ~30 talented professionally qualified members in the Asia region.
The responsibilities include performing holistic end-to-end financial & commercial review, advising the
sales, and pursuit team on pricing, commercial terms and provide client negotiation support.
- Performing Holistic end-to-end financial & commercial review of deals.
- Identify and compiling the internal control and guidelines on approvals on deals.
- Aligning the pricing organization with region and WW company priorities.
- Participated and consulted in internal teams for wining strategies, price to win, client negotiations
etc. to make the deal happen for the company.

Manager - Finance (reporting: AVP – Accounts & Finance)
- Most Recent : Preparing MIS for Board of Directors, SBU Heads and RPG Group on monthly
basis. The activities for MIS start from consolidation of books of accounts in Oracle
Financials.
- Earlier : Responsible for accounts and finance functions for a subsidiary and 3 branches.
- Prepare the budgets with various SBU (Strategic Business Unit) for of the region. And ensure
that budgetary controls on P & L and balance sheets items on monthly, quarterly and annual
basis are adhered to.
- Also, having managing ITS SBU (Innovative Business Solutions) with accounts team,
software team and marketing team for various decision making.
- Statutory compliance for withholding tax, value added tax or general sales tax or consumption
tax including their timely repayment.
- Responsible for controls related with revenue vis-à-vis cost.
