“ KaStudyante! is a student assistance service company that aims to provide


a myriad of different services to students who are in trouble or may ask assistance. It
may be in the form of projects, needs, wants, and any other help they may need that
they cannot fulfill by themselves.

Location
“ KaStudyante!’s main base of operations is in Benigno S. Aquino National
High School, Bonifacio St., San Nicolas Poblacion, Concepcion, Tarlac. Services how-
ever can be availed either physically or by contacting the service page. Customer ser-
vice assistance is available everyday from 9 AM to 6 PM.

“ The funds required will depend on each service. For the company is a ser-
vice company and has a production system of Intermittent Production System and
will provide services via Job Order Methods.

In giving gifts, people tend to think of a certain gift that is not con-
sumable and will have an impact. For this reason, we the KaStudyante!, is
offering arts and crafts services. Artworks are not consumable and if done
with expertise, is a great gift for your loved ones.
This trend will surely continue for the reason that birthdays are al-
ways recurring and giving gifts is part of the undying culture.

Computer Graphics &
Editing

Computer Graphics Editing is hard especially with the lacking of re-


sources and skills. With this, we the KaStudyante!, is offering computer
graphics editing services from images to videos.
Computer graphics editing is a demand that will surely bloom fur-
ther in the future. For students, many are those who want to have their
own class logo so they can print it out in T-shirts but lack the ability to do
it. There are also those who want to print out a tarpaulin for a certain sub-
ject, invitation cards, and etc.
Video editing is also a demand especially students who have this
certain project regarding the production of videos. Since it takes skills to
create one, we KaStudyante! will provide assistance to those who are in
need.

Repair

Computer repair has always been a problem for many students. In-
deed, it takes skill and knowledge in repairing computer technicalities. It
is not something one can learn in the passing of a night. We KaStudyante!
is here to help people with any technological inquiries you may have. We
can give consultation and repair propers from phones to computers.

competitors for each kind of services. What we have as a competitive ad-
vantage is that our services will provide higher quality yields in compar-
ison to the competitors and we will as well compete with the price. In
short, KaStudyante will focus on high quality services at student-friendly

fully utilize our skills and abilities and use them to help those who are
in need.
As such, this business will focus on helping students with any
needs and wants they have. As of now, our services are as follows:
Computer Graphics Designing, Video Editing, Lesson Assistance,
Arts and Crafts, Systems Repair.

For Computer Graphics Designing and Video Editing a functional
computer is needed. Wi-Fi is also a necessity.
For Arts and Crafts, materials are to be provided by the client, if
not there will be an additional payment for the materials. Other crafting
equipments are provided by the team.
For Systems Repair, there will be no equipments nor materials
needed.

ployees, we will accept applications once the business has bloomed further.

(1) For Arts and Craft, our main supplier of raw materials is Pandayan Bookshop. The
reason we chose this is because they are the best possible arts and craft materials and equip-
ments provider in the locality.
(2) For Graphics and Video Editing, and Systems Repairing, we are supplied by Con-
verge ICT Solutions Inc. They provide more reliable and affordable internet services compared
to its competitors.

KaStudyante! will purchase directly from Pandayan Bookshop for arts and crafts. But
in the case of bulk orders, we will contact them through their contact numbers.
For Graphics and Video Editing, Converge ICT Solutions Inc. provides billing statements
per month which we are obliged to pay.
The quality control officer per department is tasked to compare the items of the order
and the receipt. He/She will also inspect the quality of the materials received. In the case that
the inventory does not match or the item order does not meet the standard quality required,
the officer will contact them to deliver the missing item/s or replace the defective/unsatisfacto-
ry item.

The business focuses on helping students with their needs and wants, how-
ever KaStudyante! caters other people who are in need of help as well. It will be
positioned in High Quality but Low Priced quadrant.
The reason why we chose this business is because students, nowadays, have
different needs and wants. As such, they want to have their own class logo, arts
and crafts as gifts for their loved ones, and they also need some help with their
gadgets and as well assistance in areas of specialization that they are lacking.
That is why we are taking this opportunity to open up this unique versatile busi-
ness with no legtimate direct competition as of yet.
