MINUTES OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OFFICIALS REGULAR SESSION OF
BARANGAY KALUGMANAN, MANOLO FORTICH, BUKIDNON January 09,2022 HELD AT
KALUGMANAN SESSION HALL.

CALL TO ORDER:
The session was called to order at 8:00 a.m in the morning formally opened by a prayer led by
SK kagawad Ederning Libay.

ROLL CALL:
Upon motion of the Presiding Chairman, roll call immediatedly followed and the body declared
the presence of a quorom.

BUSINESS FOR THE DAY:

1. PRESIDING CHAIRMAN. Inform the body about the ongoing Vaccination of Manolo Fortich,
Bukidnon. The Sk Council of Kalugmanan and also the entire SK Federation manolo fortich are
required to assist the encoding of Vaccination datas at Municipal gymnasium of Manolo Fortich
starting on January 10-14,2022 for the first week January 17-21,2022 for the 2 nd week. This
activity is the first program for accomplishment for the year 2022. Budget allocation amounting
20,000.00 only for the Transportation, food, snack for morning and afternoon and also for their
allowance according to the attendance for 10 days of duty.

2. Hon. Jolina Pinohon. Motion to Allocate budget for the prizes for the upcoming mototrail activity
on January 29,2022. These activity can enhance the positivity vibes of the youth and can
strengthen the active participation. Budget allocation amounting 35,000.00 for the
Commitees,prizes, sound system and trophies and the body wa approved.
