Procedure for registration on Selfcare portal :-

(Use internet explorer 8.0 or 9.0 in compatibility view mode)


http://selfcare.wdc.bsnl.co.in

Click on
User registration (for existing BSNL customer)
or
(Ctrl + Click ) to follow the above link)
Give customer id
1) Customer Id: Enter your Customer Id present in the printed
telephone bill. (Right side top corner )Click on the question
mark icon to view sample bill showing Customer Id.
Click on “Continue”
Select one of the
Hint Question: Enter a Hint question to be used in case you forget
your password.
Answer: Input Answer to above question selected (Please remember it)

Preferred User Name:


: User Id should contain at least one alphabet and at least one digit,
should be minimum of 5 characters and maximum of 30 characters.
In case the User Id entered is already selected by another customer,
then a message would be displayed to enter another user Id.
Email: Enter valid email address
Your Email address on which your password will be sent
which is used by us for further contact and correspondence.
Tick on Declaration
Declaration:
I agree with all the terms and conditions. I declare that information given in
this form is true, complete and correct to best of my knowledge.

Click on
Submit
(Your user id and password will receive in your email with in 24
hours)

1) Broadband usage check


Login to selfcare portal
Click on My Services  VIEW BROADBAND USAGE 
Enter the “From Date” and “To Date”
Click on “View Usage Details” Day usage and Night usage is shown
separately “Export to Excel “ will give the session wise details
(in Crome browser data will not be shown in required excel format , so use
of explorer 8 or 9 in compatibility mode re preferred.)

2) For Bill and Bill details

Click on My Services  View Bills  (to see last 6 Bills)


Click on My Services  Bill Analysis (to see the call details of the last bill
only)

3) To take the print out of the bill :-

Click on Download Current Bill in PDF Format

4) On line payment through net banking:-

www.bsnl.co.in ->My Account-> Pay Landline/ Broadband Bill


BSNL ON LINE PAYMENT PORTAL -> Sign Up
Fill up the “USER INFORMATION”
And
SUBMIT BSNL ONLINE PAYMENTS PORTAL

Complaints:- PAYMENTS PORTAL

A. Complaint booking Number for Broadband: - 12678 (Help Desk


Number 8 A.M to 8 P.M all days including Sundays and holidays)
B. Computerized complaint booking Number from BSNL Land line: 198
for land line and broadband. (24 Hours)

( From BSNL MOBILE user 0265198 for complaint booking)

On booking complaint on 12678 general questions ask by the


operator are:

1. Is Telephone is working? Yes or No.


2. If broadband is not working

i.) Is ADSL / DSL link / Link light is Stable or flickers?

ii.) If Error comes? What is the error Number?


iii.) If is Speed slow. (Whether you have checked the total usage?
As especially for those customer which are having Unlimited
Plans with differential speed. )

iv.) Have you checked the broadband usage in Selfcare portal?
