4) Testing

Our project entitled “POS and Inventory Management System”

should be tested by the shop owner and cashiers.

5) Deployment
For this project, we should make the shop owner and cashier our
system’s target end-user. We intend to deploy our system at
Kaykay’s Party Needs Shop in order to save time in the document
checking process by eliminating the need for transportation as the
shop is already located just within the vicinity.

6) Maintenance
Once the system is completely functional, the project will be
maintained. The following are the approaches for software
maintenance. These services include software upgrades, fixes, and
software corrections if the software fails. Upgrades to software
applications are routine, as are employee interfaces with new
systems.
