BACKGROUND

The achievement of an organization objectives is more aligned to how the communication in


an organization is carried out. It has been noted that often times communication method plays
a pivotal role in ensuring that messages are clearly sent and received to the end user. Learners
are therefore required to be equiped with the relevant knowledge on how best they can
improve communication in an organization.

THE CALA

Develop a research plan in order to come up with a brief report outlining how you can offer a
solution to the communication problems at your school. You are required to do your Cala in
two parts, namely A And B.

PART A
 Research on the communication method used by your school
 Identify the advantages and disadvantages of using the communication channel

PART B

 Interpret the challenges and offer a solution to the challenges your have identified.

 Use also observation as a technique for your research


 Make use of the organization structure to assess the communication problems if need
be.
