QUESTIONS:

1. Moderate actions are close and open and arm raise while vigorous actions are punch and arm sway.
2. I can consider these actions as moderate because as I was doing the action I can still feel like I can do it
for a while and have a short conversation. On the other hand, I can label these actions as vigorous
because I am doing it, I am experiencing shortness of breath and I am on the verge of becoming
uncomfortable.
3. Doing moderate to vigorous physical activity on a regular basis can reduce the risk of having a heart
attack and also lowers the risk of having type 2 diabetes and cancers.
