Joint Delivery Voucher Program ( JDVP)


S.Y 2021-2022
Accomplishment Report

In line to DepEd Order No. 40 s, 2021- Guidelines on the Implementation of the Joint Delivery
Voucher Program for Senior High School Technical-Vocational Livelihood ( SHS-TVL) Specializations
for SY 2021-2022, the Gammad National High School as one of the school beneficiaries conducted the
following monitoring in accordance with the School supervisory plan on the said program, to wit:

A. Conduct of TVL Students and Parents Orientation

An orientation on the Joint Delivery Voucher Program or JDVP for the school year 2021-
2022 was held on November 11, 2021among the parents of the 49 TVL Grade 12 learner-
beneficiaries (18 EIM and 31 H.E) in face to face and virtually . The training will be done in
their homes. With the SHS Coordinator Ma;am Elmarie T. Mabansay and the TVL
Teachers, the following were discussed.

 Scope and Coverage


 Policies
 Description of the Program
 Beneficiaries
 Voucher Issuance

Likewise, few important reminders were also tackled in preparation for the JDVP
trainings.
 Importance of Training and Its Advantages to TVL students.
 Personal Protective Equipment and Safety at Home
 Students, behavior during the Training Sessions
 Distribution of modules, toolkits, load & consumables allowances

B. Coordination with the JDVP Partner Institution

In Preparation for the trainings, the school through he JDVP Focal person, TVL Teacher, SHS
Coordinator and School Head maintained a smooth coordination regarding the training schedule and
training scheme.

The Division Office conducted a virtual meeting by Ma’am Mel Cuarteros with all the TVI Partner
School Head, TVL Focal Person and School head and discussed about the conduct of trainings,
preparation of reports to be submitted, monitoring and distributions of needed instructional materials and
allowances which will be given to students.

Queen City Of The North Skills Training Center , the TVI Partner for Cookery and Balasi Secretario
Training Center, Inc. is the TVI Partner for EIM both delivered the needed modules and toolkits and the
Queen City gave the financial allowances for load and consumables to Grade 12 Cookery students. All
learning materials and financial allowances was distributed and delivered to Grade 12 TVL Learners
beneficiaries at their homes.

Both Cookery and EIM trainings were set to be held on a home-based scheme thru online, modular
and Video lesson as the mode of training.

C. Monitoring and Training Sessions

Group chat for EIM and Cookery were made for the monitoring and submission of written and
video outputs.
The school JDVP Focal Person, TVL teacher, School Principal, TVI Partner Head and the trainor
closely monitored the implementation of the program from November 19- January 28, 2022 to ensure
compliance of the TVI partner and participation of the student beneficiaries.
