V. RATIONALE:
In line with the continuous implementation of the K to 12 Basic Education
Program (BEP) Schools Division of Aurora shall conduct the Division Multi-
Skills Moderation to have a unified standard of skills and knowledge in Food
Beverage Services and Food Preparation which is globally practiced and
implemented .
As part of the goal of the Department of Education is to ensure the
preparedness of our TLE/TVE/TVL teachers in terms of skills and knowledge
that is globally practiced, and for the assessment of our Senior High School
students in TVL track for the National Certificate, a capacity building program
for teachers is being planned.
VI. OBJECTIVE/S:
1. Standardize the skills and knowledge of TLE/TVE/TVL teachers in line
with the standard of TESDA TRAINING REGULATIONS.
2. Level-up the skills and knowledge into a global trend of food preparation
and table presentation and set-up.
3. Formulate and create innovative recipe and accordance with the TESDA
Training Standard.
VII. Methodology:
Simulation as part of the Lecture.
Inquiry approach will be used in each activity.
