Product Overview
TYC-1302 solvent-free super strong high-temperature acid and alkali resistant polymer is an internal anticorrosive coating specially
designed for the pipe, tank, and pressure vessel of high-temperature acid and alkali, It has super strong adhesion, outstanding
-
high-temperature resistance to acid and alkali， abrasion resistant，and excellent resistance to H2S、CO2 and CL corrosion
performance. TYC-1302 can run for a long time at a temperature lower than 120℃ (248℉). It is mainly used as inner coating for
high-temperature and high-pressure pipe, fitting, separator，tank, and pressure vessel，The coating performance indexes meet the
requirements of SY/0457, SY/T6717 and NACE TM0185 standards
TYC-1302 can be also used as external anticorrosive coating material application for welded joint, repair, and special pipes such as
elbow etc. It meet the requirements of SY/06854-2012 standard, and can run for a long time at a temperature lower than 130℃ (266
℉).

Shelf life *：Could storage 12 months under the temperature 35℃ (95℉) and 80 humidity
*Recommended to store under lower temperature and humidity conditions. Please do not store above 40℃.

Notice:
thoroughly remove oil, dirt and other attachments on pipe inner surface. Blasting at room temperature and
relative humidity less than 90%. Blast cleaning to achieve a minimum surface cleanliness of Sa 2½ and The
anchor profile shall be 45~75 mu
Base：Hardener =3:1（by volume）；Base：Hardener =4:1（by weight）
Recommend dual high-pressure airless spraying, Brushing or roller painting is suitable for welded joint,
repair, and special pipes.
At room temperature and relative humidity less than 90%. The recoating period is much more 24h, but less
than 5d.
Avoid painting when the temperature is below 10℃ or the humidity is over 85%.

Safety and health

This product has no organic solvents and is non-flammable. However, special care should be taken when accident disposal
Avoid contact with skin and eyes, preferably with safety glasses and protective gloves.
During spraying must wear ventilation mask to protect respiratory organs from powder damage.
If the coat is splashed on the skin, please immediately wash with cleaning agent, soap and water. If be splashed into eyes please immediately
flush with water and seek medical advice.
Good ventilation must be maintained on the construction site. Strong ventilation must be provided for narrow or airtight construction area.
The construction site must be equipped with a certain amount of fire equipment.
This product should not pour into the sewage system.
Please pay attention to the safety information on the package label. In addition, please comply with national or local governmental safety
regulations.
