Reverse crunch leg lifts – 30 seconds

into the wall behind you. As you lift the leg and drive the heel toward the wall behind you,
squeeze the glute.

Russian twist – 30 seconds


Sit with your knees bent and your feet firmly planted on the floor, your hands next to your chest.
Slightly lean back, keeping your spine straight. Exhale while twisting to the left and punching
your right arm to the side. Return to the center with an inhale and repeat on the opposite side.
