Interpreter booth M83H

Short description
The interpreter booth M83H (dual working places) consists of single segments, which can be installed
through hook bolting devices in a short time with one person.
External dimensions: width 170cm, depth 170cm, height 204cm
Inside dimensions: width 160cm, depth 160cm, height 204cm
The booth can be ventilated through noiseless tangential fans which can be installed on the roof. (height: +
15cm).
Each interpreter has a working place width of 80 cm. (IEC norm). The sound absorption of the interpreter
booth M83H lies far over the ISO-Norm.

Installation

Note: The intended setting up surface should be flat and even.

Components of an interpreter booth M83H (without accessories):


• 4 connecting posts (P) VPF0 45x45x1995mm 2,0kg
• elements with window (2 and 3) FEL2, FEL3 805x2010x33mm 22,5kg
• elements with window and cable outlet (1 and 4) FKL1, FKR4 805x2010x33mm 22,5kg
• elements closed (6 and 9) SER6, SEL9 805x2010x33mm 18,0kg
• elements rear (8) SEH8 805x2010x33mm 18,0kg
• element table (5) TP5 1600x500x70mm 17,0kg
• element door (7) TR7 805x2010x33mm 25,0kg
• element roof left with groove (L) DL10 853x1698x33mm 13,0kg
• element roof right with spring (R) DR11 853x1698x33mm 13,0kg

Note: The appropriate numbers are at the side of the respective element parts.

Note: For mounting 1 angle hexagonal wrench (Allen key®) of the size 7 is needed.
It is placed under the desk (5).

Note: The four corner parts are marked with 0.


This number has to be on top when the assembling will be done!

Note: When arranging the elements, make sure that the hooks in the bolting devices are in the
opened position (see illustration 1.1)!

Installation sequence
When installing the interpreter booth you should proceed as follows:
1. Element (1) and element (2) have to be connected with a connecting post (P).
(The window parts point upwards.).
2. Element (1) and element (2) are set into the respective groove of the corner element and are locked
with the attached tool.

Note: It should be ensured that the middle guide pins (B) are inserted in the locating hole of the
connected elements before the bolting device is closed.

3. Then element (3) is set to the window part (2), already standing, and fastened with it. The
appropriate hook catches have to be locked.
4. The next corner element (connecting post P) is fastened at the element (3) and following the next
element (4) at this connecting post.

5. The table (5) ensures the necessary stability now. It is hung up and locked in the appropriate
mounting plates at the inside of the side parts (1) to (4). Respect for tightness.

The basic installation is ready and the booth can be set up completely now.

6. The following elements 6,7,8 and 9 are installed according to the regulations described before.

The element “door” (7) can be brought in position (9) or in position (6). In addition the element can
be turned in such a way that the opening is possible both on the right and on the left side.

7. The two roof parts (L) and (R) are marked with „hinten links” (back left) and
„hinten rechts” (back right). It doesn't matter in which order the parts are installed.
It only has to make sure that the ledge engages accurately into the side element.
The bolting device mechanism is the same as with the side elements.

If necessary, the door part TR7 can be inserted in place of the side element SER6 (6) or SEL9 (9),
so that e.g. the door is installed at the booth side, as shown at the title page.
