In the midst of our testing last June 20,2022 our electrician observed that
the booster panel was releasing smoke and sparks then proceeded to

combust. While this was happening, our electrician hurriedly turned off
the breaker. We proceeded to FCC to check what happened, when we
arrived we found out some of the components were melted and burned.
