HOW TO ORDER

For inquiries regarding our products, please PM or contact us at 0917-8716420 (Globe) or 0922-8716420 (Sun), well get back to you as soon as possible. To make a purchase, the buyer will have to fill up and submit an order form (http://www.facebook.com/pages/HER/109164332511256?sk=app_162384753782330); we will not process your order until the accomplished order form has been received. Kindly indicate the exact product description posted so as to avoid delivering the wrong item/s. In case you made a mistake with your order, you may send us SMS notice prior the shipment. However, if your order has already been shipped out, we cannot replace it. STRICTLY NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE. 2. RESERVATIONS

We strictly hold reservation of item/s for 3 days only. If no confirmation has been made beyond 3 days, the reserved item/s will be available for sale to other interested buyers. 3. MODE OF PAYMENT

We accept payments through GCASH or Bank Deposit (BDO); complete details including the total amount will be sent via SMS once we received the accomplished order form. Take note that NO PAYMENT, NO SHIPMENT. SHIPMENT OF ITEM/S

Orders will be delivered/ shipped via Xend Express or Metrowide Courier Express (highly recommended for bulk orders as the rate is cheaper); the buyer will shoulder the shipping fee (basic rate for 0.5kg is approximately Php50 within Metro Manila area and Php100 outside Metro Manila address; please note that the rates vary depending on the actual weight or volume weight of the product, whichever is higher). Upon receiving your confirmation of payment, we will schedule for the shipment (for your reference purposes, we can send you the tracking number). Item/s will be delivered to you the next day for any destination within Metro Manila or 2 business days for any provincial destinations in the Philippines. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any product lost or damage in the shipping process as we are not connected with the shipping company.
