(Attachment “A”) ‘That the undersigned took the online exam thru canvass account supervise by HRDD on Feb 17 and March 15 2022 wherein the undersigned failed to passed the required passing result, The officer tried its very best to review, study yet miss the passing requirements by few points. Hoping and praying to reconsider the result of the undersigned to qualified to take the Public Safety Officer Basic Course considering the officer is already included in Training List to take up the said mandatory schooling. ‘That the undersigned has the copy of Memorandum from OIC DPRM addressed to all PROs/NASUs/NSUs with subject endorsement for Attrition Screening Deliberation dated June 15, 2022. The said memo reiterates the HW/I of OIC PNP as basis prior to the conduct of attrition screening deliberation, ("To DPRM We will only consider for attrition when they have been in their present rank for more than ten (10) years. That the undersigned was promoted (rose from the rank) to Police Lieutenant pursuant to GO # NHQ-GO PR-2019-2014 DPRM on October 31 2019 effective November 22, 2049 in permanent status and has been in the active service for twenty-seven (27) years with no criminal, administrative and AWOL records. That the undersigned in the name of almighty ALLAH will be retiring from the service on Feb 22, 2025 serving with utmost dedication to service in the PNP for 29 }CamScannerears.
