1.1 General
General precautions
• Service is allowed only by a qualified service technician:
- in an acknowledged Barco service center (at Barco or a partner location), or
- at the end customer site.
• Take the necessary measures to prevent electrostatic discharges (e.g., wear an ESD strap connected to
ground).
• Make sure your workspace is flat and clean.
• It is advised to open the device in a dust-poor environment.
2.2 NGS-D320
K9303079A, K9303075A, K9303103A or K9303104A
The first serviceable part is the NGS-D320.
This is your original ordered NGS-D320 Lite, NGS-D320 Pro, NGS-D320 Flex or NGS-D320 Flex Pro. This
device is delivered together with mains cable and external power supply.

Details on how to mount the NGS-D320 into a rack are available in the Rack mounting instruction (K5903047).
The Fan replacement instruction (K5903144) guides you on how to replace it in the device.
3.1 Maintenance
Scheduled maintenance
There is no scheduled maintenance for the NGS-D320.
Introduction
Select the tab Administration.
5.1 No video
If there is no video signal:
• Check the input syncs at encoder side.
• Check the LED next to the video connector (it should be green).
• Check the configuration at encoder side.
• Check the diagnostics at encoder side (how to interpret).
• Check the diagnostics at decoder side (how to interpret).
• Check the timing at decoder side.
5.2 No audio
If there is no audio signal:
• Check the audio on loop through connector at the encoder side.
• Check the configuration at the encoder side.
• Check the diagnostics at decoder side (how to interpret).
