1. The best part of the session (i.e. what went well):

The best part of the module 4 session was the sharing of ideas and experiences that has an
impact in their teaching career and development as an educator. They express also their
own ways on developing their knowledge and skill to be more efficient teacher who can
cultivate the future of his or her students.

2. Problems or challenges encountered and how they were resolved:

The one of the problems that is mentioned during the LAC session was about the schedule
of the teacher that they are bombarded works that they don’t have time for their
professional growth. The also emphasize their problems with regard to their student’s
behavior and perceptions towards education.

Have much time for the reflection and open forum to discuss some problem in your
